Smoked Pork Tenderloin and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 12 mushrooms stems removed
  • ½ cup Johnston’s Smoked Pork Tenderloin finely minced
  • ½ cup swiss cheese grated
  • parsley for garnish (optional)


  • Preheat oven to 325°F
  • Mix minced pork and grated cheese together
  • Fill each mushroom cap with the tenderloin-cheese mixture. Place stuffed mushroom on a lined baking sheet and bake at 325°F for 15 minutes then broil until cheese starts to brown
  • Garnish with fresh parsley (optional)
