Smoked Pork Tenderloin and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 12 mushrooms stems removed
- ½ cup Johnston’s Smoked Pork Tenderloin finely minced
- ½ cup swiss cheese grated
- parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Mix minced pork and grated cheese together
- Fill each mushroom cap with the tenderloin-cheese mixture. Place stuffed mushroom on a lined baking sheet and bake at 325°F for 15 minutes then broil until cheese starts to brown
- Garnish with fresh parsley (optional)
