Johnson group, you make the best ham. We will have another one of your Festive hams for our Thanksgiving dinner tonight. There is none better.
Thank you so much for your feedback and support. We love that you love our hams! Hope you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving 🙂
Is Johnstown’s ham precooked. Is it brined , smoked, and or cured? I am a little confused. I am going to Sous vide the ham for 18 hours but I am starting to second that?
Hey there,
Great question! This ham is pre-cooked, smoked and cured. It’s not recommended to Sous vide for longer than 3 – 8 hours.
Thank you for supporting local!
