Trio of Gourmet Sliders

Ingredients
- 3 Johnston's Gourmet Slider Patties
- 3 slider buns
- 1 each swiss, jalapeño jack & marble cheese
- ½ portabella mushroom sliced thick & sautéed
- 2 slices roma tomato
- ½ avocado sliced
- 1 ring slice red or orange bell pepper
- 2 slices Johnston’s Bacon cooked
- 1 white mushroom sliced & sautéed
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp chipotle mayonnaise
- spring lettuce mix
Instructions
- Grill slider patties on the BBQ until internal temperature reads 165°F
- Melt the three different cheese slices on each patty
- Spread regular mayonnaise on bottom buns and chipotle mayonnaise on top buns
- Assemble the three sliders:
- Slider one: Grilled gourmet slider patty with swiss cheese, portabella mushroom, tomato, and spring lettuce
- Slider two: Grilled gourmet slider patty with jalapeno jack cheese, avocado, bell pepper, and spring mix lettuce
- Slider three: Grilled gourmet slider patty with marble cheese, bacon, white mushrooms, and spring mix lettuce
- Serve the trio of gourmet sliders with sweet potato fries
