Tropical Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

  • cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp prepared mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tbsp soya sauce
  • tsp garlic salt
  • tsp onion salt
  • 4 Johnston’s Boneless Pork Loin Chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • cup water
  • ¼ cup pineapple chunks
  • hot cooked rice

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients, cover and simmer until sugar is dissolved, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat; set aside.
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper. In a skillet, cook chops, onion and garlic in oil until meat is browned. Add water and reserved sauce. Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes until meat is cooked to 140°F . Add more water if needed. Stir in pineapple and heat through.
  • Serve over rice.
