Sweet and Sour Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs Johnston’s Baby Back Ribs
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Flour spareribs and fry quickly
- Pour sauce over ribs and simmer, covered for 1 hour at 350°F
- Thicken sauce with 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Add pineapple chunks, if desired
