
Simple and Easy Pork Chop T-Bones
Pork Chop T-bones are often overlooked by their Beef cousins. As with good steak, go to your favourite butcher and ask for Johnston's pork chop T-bones and tell them how you want them cut. For this recipe, we want the chops cut between 3-4 cm thick.
Ingredients
- 4 center-cut T-bone Johnston’s pork loin chops
- Your favourite BBQ rub Note: BD180 Grill All Seasoning used here
Instructions
- Liberally season the pork chop and leave it out of the fridge for 1 hour.
- Set up your BBQ to direct cooking at about medium heat 350°F.
- Put chops on the BBQ for about 12-14 minutes, depending on thickness,turning every 2 minutes.
- Remove chops when internal temp reaches around 130°F, we want amedium finish.
- Loosely cover chops on a platter for 10 minutes to rest and allow forcarryover heat to bring the chops to around 140°F.
