Ham n’ Hashbrowns Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 cups hash browns thawed
- 1 cup creamed cottage cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsp green onions chopped
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 ½ cups Johnston's Ham
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, onions and paprika in a bowl until well blended.
- Place half of hash browns in an eight inch (20 cm) square baking dish. Spread cream cheese mixture over. Sprinkle ham cubes over cream cheese and hash browns mixture. Sprinkle half of grated mozzarella over ham. Top with remaining hash browns.
- Bake 35-40 minutes until heated through. Top with remaining cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts.
