Garlic Butter Pork Loin

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs Johnston’s Pork Loin trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp Johnston’s Moroccan Rub
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp pepper or to taste

Garlic Butter

  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp parsley chopped
  • ½ Tbsp onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix the oil, Moroccan rub, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and rub all over the pork loin. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Keep melted butter warm and add garlic, onion powder, and parsley to make the garlic butter and set aside.
  • Roast pork loin in the oven for approximately 35 to 40 minutes until internal temperature 140°F is reached.
  • Let rest for 5-10 minutes and then slice.
  • Pour melted garlic butter over sliced pork, garnish, and serve.
