Garlic Butter Pork Loin

Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs Johnston’s Pork Loin trimmed
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp Johnston’s Moroccan Rub
- 1 ½ Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- ½ Tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tsp pepper or to taste
Garlic Butter
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp parsley chopped
- ½ Tbsp onion powder
Instructions
- Mix the oil, Moroccan rub, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and rub all over the pork loin. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Keep melted butter warm and add garlic, onion powder, and parsley to make the garlic butter and set aside.
- Roast pork loin in the oven for approximately 35 to 40 minutes until internal temperature 140°F is reached.
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes and then slice.
- Pour melted garlic butter over sliced pork, garnish, and serve.
