Due to the increasing number of no shows and last minute cancellations, all custom processing slots must be paid in advance. The total paid per animal will be deducted from your final cut and wrap invoice when all animals booked arrived for cut and wrap. This is a non-refundable payment for missed/cancelled booking slots. Payment must be made within 24 hours once booking slot has been made. Thank you for your understanding of this new policy.
