Chocolate Bacon Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 package chocolate chip cookie dough or favourite cookie recipe
- 4-6 slices Candied Johnston’s Bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to temperature as directed on package
- Coarsely chop candied bacon
- Add 3/4 of chopped bacon to prepared cookie dough
- Arrange dough on cookie sheet and sprinkle remaining 1/4 of chopped bacon on top
- Cook as directed on package. There is no need to add extra time as bacon is already cooked
