Barbecued Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4-6 Johnston’s Pork Chops 1" thick
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp mixed herbs (Spike or Mrs. Dash)
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, garlic powder, mixed herbs and seasoning salt together
- Pour over pork chops. Shake additional herbs and seasoning salt on top. Set container in refrigerator to marinade at least 2 hours
- Grill pork chops n med-high heat on the barbecue for about 4-6 minutes per side until temperature reads 140°F
- Remove chops from the barbecue and let rest for 5 mins before serving. Enjoy!
