Bacon Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups prepared sushi rice
- ½ tsp dried tarragon
- 2 green onions chopped
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 strips bacon chopped
- 2 Tbsp low sodium soya sauce
Instructions
- Dice bacon and cook in pan until browned, and drain bacon fat
- In another frying pan, melt margarine and add cooked rice to fry pan. Add cooked bacon, green onion, tarragon and soya sauce, mix all ingredients until well incorporated.
