Bacon Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup diced bacon rendered out and drained
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 4 oz butter
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup hazelnuts roasted, peeled & chopped
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes till syrupy
- The mixture will thicken as it cools
- Serve warm or cold.
