Pork Dumplings
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Johnston's Ground Pork
- 2 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger minced
- 1 small bok choy blanched & chopped
- 3 tbsp cilantro
- ¼ cup green onion diced
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- salt & pepper
- round wonton wrapper
Instructions
- Hand mix in large bowl Johnston’s Ground Pork, garlic, ginger, bok choy, cilantro, green onion, eggs, soy, and pinch of salt and pepper.
- When mixed well, portion into ½ ounce and wrap in round wonton wrappers.
- Steam until done (approximately 4 - 6 minutes).
- Serve with soya sauce.
