Orange Mustard Pork Chop Skillet

Ingredients
- 2-4 Johnston’s Pork Chops
- ⅓ cup orange juice
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey mustard
Instructions
- In non-stick skillet, brown chops on one side over medium-high heat; turn chops; stir in remaining ingredients.
- Lower heat; simmer covered for 6-8 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
