Oven Barbecued Ribs II
Ingredients
- 2-4 lbs Johnston’s Pork Baby Back Ribs
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup vinegar
- 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- ¾ cup water
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 small onion diced finely
- 1 large garlic clove minced
Instructions
- Brown pork ribs
- Combine sauce ingredients and pour over browned ribs
- Bake at 250°F for 3 hours
