Jalapeño Cheese Crunchie Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Johnston’s Pork Tenderloin
  • 3 cups crushed up Jalapeño Cheese Crunchies
  • 100 ml mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • About 50 ml oil depending on skillet size

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Finely crush about 3 cups Jalapeño Cheese flavoured Crunchies. This also works well with flavoured tortilla chips such as Doritos.
  • Add salt, pepper, and crunchies to medium size mixing bowl.
  • Coat tenderloins with mustard.
  • One at a time, firmly pat crunchies mix onto tenderloin, giving a breaded look.
  • Heat oil in skillet to med/high heat.
  • Carefully place tenderloin onto skillet and sear on all sides, being careful not to rub off the coating.
  • Reduce heat to low/med and cook to 150°F, or desired doneness.
  • Let rest then slice and serve.
