Pineapple Ginger Glaze for Ham

Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 lbs Johnston's Ham

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 ½ cups finely chopped pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp grated ginger
  • pinch pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Bake ham for 1 hour 45 minutes
  • In a sauce pan, combine all sauce ingredients. Boil to a boil under slow heat until it becomes syrup, or thicken with corn starch slurry.
  • After 1 hour and 45 minutes, glaze ham every 10 minutes for the next 30 minutes
