Pineapple Ginger Glaze for Ham

Ingredients
- 8-10 lbs Johnston's Ham
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup apple juice
- 2 cups brown sugar
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 ½ cups finely chopped pineapple
- 2 Tbsp grated ginger
- pinch pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Bake ham for 1 hour 45 minutes
- In a sauce pan, combine all sauce ingredients. Boil to a boil under slow heat until it becomes syrup, or thicken with corn starch slurry.
- After 1 hour and 45 minutes, glaze ham every 10 minutes for the next 30 minutes
