Asian Style Pork Meatloaf

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Johnston's Ground Pork
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Chinese five spice
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ yellow onion diced
  • 3 eggs
  • dry roasted peanuts optional

Glaze

  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp sriracha hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the meatloaf ingredients together and refrigerate for 30 min to an hour
  • Whisk glaze ingredients together
  • Preheat oven to 375⁰F
  • Form meat mixture into a loaf shape and bake for 40 mins or until internal temp of 160⁰F
  • Remove loaf from oven and brush on glaze and return to oven for 5 mins to allow the glaze to set
  • Take the meat loaf from oven and let sit for 5 mins
  • Garnish with chopped dry roasted peanuts, slice and serve
  • You can use leftover glaze as a dipping sauce
