Make sure all the seasoning get down into the cuts of your ham
Roll your smoker at 275-325° F. Your ham is already cooked so you just want to get some smoke and bring the internal temperature to 125° F.
After 1.5 hours, you’ll mist the ham with your apple cinnamon spritz
After 1.5-2 hours, you’ll mop on your glaze and let that melt on for an additional 30 minutes.
Take your ham off the smoker, and get ready to slice into the best ham you’ve ever had!
