In a large bowl, combine your garlic pork marinade ingredients. Mix well until evenly coated and cover. Leave refrigerated for 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Once your pork has had time to marinate. Prepare your crispy flour mixture by adding all ingredients into a second bowl.
Bring out your pork from the fridge. With a slotted spoon, drain of excess marinade and place the pork into your flour mixture. Do this in small batches to ensure your pork bites are evenly coated with flour.
Taking a sieve, scoop out pork bites, shake off excess flour and gently place into a preheated deep fryer or air fryer. Fry until overall golden brown and crispy.
When done, remove pork bites from hot oil using your sieve and place them on a rack or paper towel to drain off excess oil.
Garnish with green onion and your favourite seasoning for added flavour!
Note: when frying, be sure not to overcrowd pork bites and place sparingly to ensure maximum crispiness!
